Orders and Subscriptions

  • Is it compulsory to subscribe in order to buy your wines?
    No, it is also possible to conclude a single purchase. For each product, after choosing the quantity, the "CHOOSE FREQUENCY" menu will appear: "EVERY MONTH", "EVERY 2 MONTHS" or, "SINGLE ORDER".
  • How does the subscription work?
    The subscription is ongoing and continues until it is suspended or canceled: you will receive the wine of your choice based on the delivery frequency you have selected (every month or every 2 months). Suspension or cancellation is possible at any time through your account area (this is the simplest and most immediate way) or by contacting our Customer Service via chat, e-mail or WhatsApp.
  • Is it possible to modify the subscription?
    Sure! You can change the composition of your subscription at any time through your account area: go to the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" section, select the subscription you want to change (if you have more than 1) and freely choose the products you want to add, remove or delete for the next deliveries.
  • In case of periodic deliveries, is there a minimum duration?
    Absolutely not, you can interrupt at any time without costs or penalties with a simple click from your private area, even after the first order.
  • What happens if I don't change my subscription before the next renewal date?
    The products included in your subscription will be prepared and delivered, while the charge will take place regularly on the payment method you indicated.
  • I forgot to change my subscription: is it possible to do this once the deadline has passed?
    No, once the next renewal date has passed, it is not possible to change the order. You will still be able to manage your subscription for subsequent deliveries.
  • Will I always receive the same wines with the subscription?
    No, whenever you want you can change the composition of your subscription for future deliveries. Periodically check the available options on our website, we plan to add new wines periodically and expand the range of products available to subscribers.
  • Is it possible to change the subscription frequency?
    To change the subscription frequency, from monthly to bimonthly and vice versa, we recommend you to interrupt your current subscription and create a new one with the right frequency. No worries, our subscriptions are penalty free therefore you won't get any additional charges in the process :)
  • I'm going on vacation: what should I do with my subscription?
    It is possible to skip your next delivery from the personal area in the "SUBSCRIPTION" section: click the red button with the pause symbol and a window will appear where it will be possible to indicate that you want to skip your next delivery.
  • How do I suspend my subscription?
    Suspending your subscription is very simple: access your personal area in the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" section and click the red button with the pause symbol. The suspension is always possible before the date of the next charge indicated in the subscription details.
  • How do I cancel my account?

Our Wines

  • Where are your wines produced?
    Our wines are made by small Italian wine producers and artisans who make wine thinking about quality rather than quantity. We bring you home the quality and genuineness of wines that would otherwise be available for purchase only with a visit in person to the wine producer.
  • Are your wines organic?
    We have several organic wines certified, look for the green flag with white leaf in our shop (official symbol of certified organic products). Moreover we are always working to introduce more wines with such certification.
  • Are your wines made in Italy?
    Absolutely yes, all our wines are produced in Italy with grapes grown in some of the most famous Italian regions for wine production.
  • Where is the alcohol content indicated?
    You can find the alcohol content of our wines in their in-depth information sheet (it appears by clicking on the image of the single product in the shop) under the name.
  • How long do they last while sealed?
    Our wines last from 6 to 12 months from the moment of delivery. We remind you that wine is a delicate product therefore it should be stored in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
  • Once opened, how long do they last?
    Beveryno remain fresh, as just uncorked, up to 6 weeks after opening. However, this does not mean that it contains more preservatives or other additives than other wines. Thanks to the special tap that prevents the air from coming into contact with the wine inside, our wine avoids the initiation of oxidative processes that alter its organoleptic qualities.
  • Do they contain more preservatives or additives than other wines?
    Absolutely not, Beveryno can stay fresh thanks to the special tap that prevents the air from coming into contact with the wine inside, avoiding the initiation of oxidative processes that alter its organoleptic qualities. Furthermore, some of our wines are certified organic and the legislation on the matter provides much stricter legal limits regarding the use of sulphites and other preservatives than traditional wines.
  • Are they packed manually?
    No, the bags of wine inside our packages are filled by special machines that guarantee their long shelf life and prevent any external contamination.
  • Can they suffer from external contamination?
    The bags that contain our wine are specifically designed for food use, therefore the wine has no risk of contamination with these materials. Furthermore, before opening it is necessary to remove a guarantee seal from the tap which ensures that the wine has not been opened before delivery.


  • Do you deliver to my city?
    We deliver throughout Italy with the exception of some remote areas such as the smaller islands (eg Elba Island).
  • How much does the delivery cost?
    Delivery is always free in the areas reached by our drivers: at this moment we cover the city of Milan and some neighboring areas but we are working to reach other urban centers. Outside of these areas we deliver by express courier and the cost of delivery will be indicated at check-out after entering your address, postcode and city.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    If you want to change the shipping address you can update it from your account area. If the change occurs close to a delivery, please also inform us by contacting our Customer Service via chat, e-mail or WhatsApp.
  • What are the delivery times?
    From the moment the order is confirmed, we deliver within 1-2- working days. In case of delays, we invite you to contact our Customer Service via chat, e-mail or WhatsApp.
  • I was not at home when the delivery was attempted, what happens now?
    We will make a second attempt to deliver your wine to you approximately the next working day, if you won't be available also the next day, you can collect the package at the courier's office or you will be contacted by our Customer Service. Be sure to indicate an address (home, office, trusted shop, neighbor, ...) where you are able to receive the shipment.

Billing and Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay with all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Are my payment card details safe?
    Of course, we use an external payment platform called Stripe: a leading company (used by Spotify, Booking.com, Deliveroo, and many others) that guarantees secure online transactions. This separation prevents your card data from coming into our direct possession, staying safe even in the unlikely event of external attacks to our systems. Don't feel protected yet? No problem, we also offer the option to pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay: this way you don't even have to share card information saved in your Apple or Google wallet.
  • How do I change my payment method?
    Access your account area in the "PAYMENT METHODS" section: you can add, modify or delete your payment cards.
  • Do you issue invoices?
    To receive the invoice relating to your orders, after the purchase send us an email to ordini@beveryno.com indicating your billing information including SDI code and/or PEC address.
  • How can I change my billing address?
    You can change it by accessing your account area in the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" section, or in the "MY PROFILE" section.
