Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot
I.G.T. Benaco Bresciano - 13,5% Vol.
Vinified in steel and then aged 12 months in barrique, this organic wine is produced in the beautiful hills of Valtènesi, in the western area of Lake Garda, using Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.
Dark ruby in color with luminous reflections, this wine is recommended for palates who appreciate more intense and complex tasting profiles than classic table wines. Despite the greater refinement, this wine in the mouth is soft and balanced with a pleasant tannic astringency.
Sangiovese
I.G.T. Toscana - 13% Vol.
Organic red wine made with Sangiovese grapes in purity, grown and vinified in the famous Tuscan hills where Chianti is produced.
The brilliant ruby red color shows a clean aroma of cherry and wild berries. This wine is very drinkable, perfect to be sipped on a daily basis accompanying meals.
Barbera
D.O.C. Barbera del Monferrato - 14% Vol.
Red wine born from Barbera grapes in purity, produced and vinified in the hills of Monferrato in Piedmont.
Ruby red in color, the nose gives off lively aromas typical of jam, berries and cherries while on the palate it is very pleasant, with good body and structure. It is the ideal wine to be paired with roasts, red meats and even aged cheeses (without forgetting truffles!).
CHARDONNAY
I.G.P. Trevenezie - 11,5% Vol.
White wine made with Chardonnay grapes, grown and vinified in an estate on the border between Veneto and Friuli.
Straw yellow in color, it is a wine suitable for all palates, light and drinkable.
Excellent for any meal, from light appetizers to fish dishes.
TREBBIANO TOSCANO
I.G.T. Toscana - 13% Vol.
Organic white wine produced by expertly blending Trebbiano Toscano (90%) grapes and Malvasia grapes (10%).
Straw yellow in color, this wine is soft and with round taste, dry and balanced on the palate.
Recommended with fresh cheeses, seafood (including fried), vegetables and white meats. Goes well also with aperitifs.
ROSE'
10,5% VOL.
A fruity and floral wine, pleasant and fresh on the palate with a lively natural rose color with violet reflections. Fragrant to the nose, it has floral and red fruit notes while on the palate it is round, savory but balanced from a good softness.
Less astringent but more structured than white wines of equal youth, it is a very versatile wine because it is pleasantly fruity but fresh.
